From the first question to the handover. This is how a bathroom or toilet renovation with M.L.S Renovatie works.
The three steps
Introduction and advice
We visit, discuss your wishes, look at the situation and give honest, expert advice. You then receive a clear quote.
Planning and execution
With a clear schedule and a permanent team we start the project and carry out the renovation carefully. We keep you informed while we work.
Handover and aftercare
We hand over the bathroom clean and make sure everything is exactly as you want it.
What you arrange yourself
You choose the sanitary ware and the tiles.
As the customer, you usually supply the sanitary ware and the tiles. That way you choose exactly what you like, from the shop of your choice. During the visit we discuss what is needed and when it needs to be there.

After the handover.
