Who we are

M.L.S Renovatie, Portengensstraat 77, 1106 BZ Amsterdam. KvK 76936880, VAT number NL860846167B01. You can send questions about privacy to info@mlsrenovatie.nl.

The request form

When you send the request form, your details and any photos reach us through a secure connection. The request is stored in our secure environment and we receive a notification; we use the details only for your request. If sending does not work, you can send the request to us yourself via WhatsApp or email.

If you choose WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta). WhatsApp's privacy rules apply to that.

What we do with your data

We use your name, contact details, address and the information about your bathroom or toilet only to contact you, schedule a visit and prepare a quote. We do not sell your data and do not share it with others for other purposes. We keep it no longer than needed for your request, any assignment and the statutory retention period for our accounts.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not place cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services. The fonts and the 3D view are hosted on our own website, so your browser does not connect to other companies for them.

In the reviews section we show our rating on Trustoo. When you reach that part of the page, your browser loads that rating, fonts and images from Trustoo (trustoo.nl); Trustoo sees your IP address when it does. The widget does not place cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services.

The bathroom planner

A design you make in the bathroom planner is stored only in your own browser, so it is still there next time. It is not sent to us or anyone else. If you choose "Send design with a request", the website puts a summary in the request form and adds the floor plan as an attachment, which you then send yourself; you can also remove the attachment. A floor plan you upload in the planner is read and stored in your own browser; it is not sent to us and is not included in the request. You delete the design with "Start again" or by clearing the website data in your browser.

Hosting

As with any website, the party hosting the website keeps technical data such as IP addresses to keep the website secure and available. We do not use that data to track you.

Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. To do so, send an email to info@mlsrenovatie.nl. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority).
