What we do

Everything a bathroom needs, by one team.

We take care of the tiling, the sanitary ware, the plumbing and the finishing. Because our own team does the work, you do not have to coordinate separate tradespeople.

Demolition The old bathroom is stripped out.
Plumbing Water supply and drains in the right place for your new layout.
Tiling Walls and floor, with the tiles you choose.
Sanitary ware Installing and fitting the bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit.
Also possible Underfloor heating, levelling and electrics, so everything is right in one go.

Cost

What determines the price of your bathroom?

Two bathrooms of the same size can turn out very differently. These are the choices and circumstances that matter most.

That is why we do not give a price without seeing the room. After the visit you receive a no-obligation quote. Want a first impression? Send photos via WhatsApp, or draw your bathroom in the bathroom planner and send the design with your request.

Layout Do the shower, toilet and bath stay where they are, or do they move? Moving drains and water pipes is more work than connecting to the existing positions.
Size More square metres of floor and wall means more tiling.
Substrate A wooden floor, uneven walls or a floor that needs levelling require extra preparation.
Tiling Large floor tiles, narrow vertical tiles, patterns, niches and a ledge each take a different amount of work.
Extras A concealed cistern, underfloor heating or extra electrics.
What you supply You usually choose and buy the sanitary ware and tiles yourself, from the shop of your choice. So they are not included in our price.

How the work goes

From bare room to handover: the Weesp example.

This is how we built the master bathroom in Weesp. Every bathroom is different, but this is usually the order. Photos of the result · See the build step by step in 3D · How we work

01

Demolition

The old bathroom is stripped out, down to the floor and the walls.

02

Framing and pipework

Timber framing for the ledge, the shower wall and the toilet, with the niches built in. Uponor water pipes and drains go into the wall.

03

Boards and screed

Moisture-resistant boards close off the framing and the screed goes in.

04

Waterproofing

The wet zones get a waterproof layer, with sealing tape in the corners.

05

Tiling

First the 90 × 90 floor tiles, then the narrow vertical tiles row by row, including over the curved shower wall.

06

Fittings and handover

The vanity unit, bath, taps and showers are installed and connected. Then we hand over the bathroom clean.
